Job summary

JASARA PMC in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Senior Project Control Engineer to lead project controls for major infrastructure initiatives. You will develop schedules, budgets, and performance metrics, monitor progress, and report to stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

You will apply Earned Value Management, mentor junior staff, and drive continuous improvement of project control processes across large-scale construction programs in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of proven experience in project control within large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Earned Value Management.
• Experience in leading project control strategies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Monitor and report on project progress and performance, identifying any variances from established objectives.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project issues.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to project control processes.
• Implement best practices in project controls to optimize project outcomes.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
