Job summary

MADI International is hiring an Outdoor Sales Representative to lead B2B sales for our skincare brands in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on building salon and professional client relationships and driving targeted growth.

You will present products, negotiate, and close deals while collaborating with Marketing on campaigns and promotions. Fluency in Arabic and English is required; willingness to travel across Riyadh is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in skincare, beauty, or FMCG sales is required.
• Proven ability to build and maintain salon and professional client relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to work in outdoor sales with regular client visits.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with salons, beauty centers, and professionals.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
• Identify new business opportunities through market insights.
• Conduct client visits, present products, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and promotions.
