Job summary

Galderma in Riyadh seeks an Medical Representative to promote dermatological skincare brands to pharmacies and healthcare professionals, building strong relationships and driving field coverage. The role requires 2–3 years sales experience in beauty/derm and a science/pharmacy degree.

You will execute planned visits, educate pharmacists, and support activations to grow Galderma's brands in the Saudi market.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in science or pharmacy required.
2–3 years of sales experience in beauty/dermatology/skin care preferred.
Strong analytical, meticulous, organized and systematic approach.
Excellent communication and relationship-building with customers.

Responsibilities

Execute planned field visits to pharmacies and pharmacists within territory plans.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with pharmacists and retail stakeholders to drive product recommendations.
Promote Galderma brands through scientific promotion and professional customer service.
Ensure visibility and positioning of Galderma products in assigned pharmacy accounts.
Monitor product availability and stock levels to prevent shortages or disruptions.
Support in-store activations, campaigns, merchandising, and pharmacy education initiatives.
Organize pharmacy-focused meetings and promotional events aligned with business goals.
Educate pharmacists on integrated dermatology strategy to maximize cross-selling.
Utilize resources efficiently and report on activities, plans, and performance.
Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to identify opportunities and risks.
