Job summary

MADI Group is seeking an Outdoor Sales Representative to drive growth for its hair brands in the Madinah-Jeddah area. You will manage salon accounts, develop new business, and promote multiple brands while achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to build lasting customer relationships. Travel to client sites and field visits are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience in beauty, hair care, FMCG, or distribution.
• Experience in account management and business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven with good planning and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; UAE driving license is an advantage if required for field sales.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Manage and grow existing salon accounts while acquiring new customers.
• Promote and sell the company's hair care product portfolio.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent account support.
• Execute promotions, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Plan and conduct regular customer visits while collaborating with internal teams to support business growth.
