Blue Ocean Academy is seeking a results-driven sales professional in Riyadh to drive outbound calls, qualify leads, and enroll students in training programs. You will manage the sales process, nurture client relationships, and maintain CRM records to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

The role requires 2+ years in telesales or inside sales, strong English communication, and a proven ability to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales/inside sales or similar role.
• Currently residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with transferable Iqama.
• Excellent English communication skills and persuasive abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Conduct outbound calls to promote training programs and services.
• Follow up on leads from marketing channels and convert prospects into enrolled students.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Build relationships by understanding client training needs and addressing queries.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
