Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of Oracle EBS HRMS techno-functional experience.
• Experience with government projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support for HR modules like Payroll, SSHR, and Core HR.
• Implement, configure, and customize Oracle HCM EBS per business needs.
• Handle daily support tickets and troubleshoot issues with timely resolutions.
• Develop enhancements and automate manual processes in Oracle HCM.
• Create and manage integrations between Oracle HCM and other systems.
• Conduct testing, prepare UAT scripts, and support users during UAT.
• Develop reports and dashboards for business users.
• Document configurations and processes; train end users post-implementation.
• Ensure governance, security standards, and best practices.
