Job summary

Yallo Retail in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks an Oracle EBS HRMS techno-functional specialist (Arabic) to lead complex ERP HR modules. The role emphasizes strong technical and functional expertise in Core HR, Self Service HR, Payroll, Absence, and OTL.

You will design, develop, test, deploy, and support HRMS solutions, manage tickets, and collaborate with business and external users in integrated project teams to deliver reliable HR processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations and support.
• Strong technical and functional knowledge of Oracle EBS HRMS modules.
• Experience with core HR processes, payroll, absence management and OTL.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and support Oracle EBS HRMS solutions.
• Handle development, enhancement tickets raised by users.
• Collaborate with business users and external users within integrated project teams.

Role: Oracle EBS HRMS Techno functional (Arabic)

Experience: 8+ Years

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Job Description:

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP – Implementation & Support projects with strong technical and functional knowledge on the Oracle EBS HRMS module – Core HR, Self Service HR, Absence, Payroll, OTL etc.

• Having good experience in Oracle E-Business developmentenvironment (PLSQL, OAF Form Development, BI Publisher Reports, SQL Loader, AOL conceptsetc.)

• Be experienced in Oracle R12 EBS HRMS Modules with strong configuration Knowledge of Core HR Module.

• Must be able to work independently with business users and external users and responsible for design, development, Testing support, production deployment and productionsupport.

• The candidate should have experience working on development, improvement, and enhancement tickets raised by users for any current or new application.

• Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner working in Integrated Project Teams
