Job summary

Yallo Retail in Riyadh seeks an Oracle EBS HRMS Functional Consultant for permanent placement. You will drive requirements, analyze gaps, and define functional specs for end-to-end HRIS modules including Core HR, SSHR, Absence, Learning, and Payroll.

Responsibilities include designing solution docs, setup procedures, SIT/UAT scripts, and training materials, while coordinating with technical colleagues for PL/SQL and BI Publisher reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS – implementation and support.
• Experience with Core HR, SSHR, Absence, Learning, Payroll in EBS.
• Ability to drive requirements, perform fit-gap, and provide production support.
• Delivers design, specifications, setup docs, SIT/UA scripts, trainings.

Responsibilities

• Lead business users to capture functional requirements and gaps.
• Develop solution designs, functional specs, and setup docs.
• Prepare SIT/ UAT test scripts and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with technical consultants on PL/SQL and BI reports.
• Communicate clearly within Integrated Project Teams.

JOB TITLE: Oracle EBS HRMS Functional consultant

JOB TYPE: Permanent

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Job Description:

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS – Implementation & Support projects with Oracle EBS Core HR, SSHR, Absence, Learning management, Payroll etc.




• Setup HR related Descriptive Flex Fields, Key Flex Fields, Validation Sets, and Special Information Types, security Profile attachments, users, responsibilities, request sets and menus




• Independently drive the business users to understand the functional requirements, gather and analyze the business requirements, perform the Fit-Gap analysis and provide production support.




• Responsible for the various project deliverables documents - Solution design, Functional Specifications, Setup Documents, SIT-UAT Test Scripts, Reporting requirements, Training materials etc.




• Having knowledge in Oracle E-Business developmentenvironment (PLSQL, Workflow, Form Personalization, BI Publisher Reports etc.) to work with technical consultants




• Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner working in Integrated Project Teams
