Job summary

Client of Aventus Global Talent is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS HCM Consultant for a short-term, on-site engagement in Riyadh. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience with EBS HCM modules and the ability to start immediately.

You will support Core HR, Payroll, and Self-Service, troubleshoot issues, gather requirements, and coordinate with stakeholders on-site in Riyadh for a 3-month contract with potential extension.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Oracle EBS HCM Functional or Techno-Functional consultant.
• Hands-on configuration experience in relevant EBS HCM modules.
• Working knowledge of PL/SQL, Personalization, or OAF reports is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and configure Oracle EBS HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service) and confirm exact scope with the client.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams on fixes and enhancements.
• Gather requirements and translate them into system configuration for the client.
• Support testing, UAT and go-live activities as needed.
• Liaise with client stakeholders on-site in Riyadh.

We re looking for an experienced Oracle EBS HCM Consultant to join a client engagement in Riyadh This is a short-term on-site contract for someone who can hit the ground running from day one

Key Responsibilities

• Support and configure Oracle EBS HCM modules Core HR Payroll Self-Service OTL or similar confirm exact scope with client
• Troubleshoot functional issues and work with technical teams on fixes enhancements
• Gather requirements and translate into system configuration
• Support testing UAT and go-live activities as needed
• Liaise with client stakeholders on-site in Riyadh

Requirements

• Proven 5 years of experience as Oracle EBS HCM Functional or Techno-Functional Consultant
• Hands-on config experience in relevant EBS HCM modules
• Techno-functional candidates working knowledge of PL SQL Personalization or OAF reports a plus
• Available to start immediately
• Willing and able to relocate work on-site in Riyadh KSA for the contract duration
• Saudi labor market visa eligibility or ability to secure quickly confirm with candidate
• Strong communication skills Arabic a plus but not mandatory
