The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of IT experience, strong problem-resolution skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team to ensure reliable network connectivity and secure systems.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant IT support, network administration, system administration, or IT infrastructure experience.
• Experience with switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Experience supporting Windows desktop and Windows Server environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to users for hardware, software, network, and connectivity-related issues.
• Assist with the administration and maintenance of IT infrastructure and network systems.
• Configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain network devices, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless APs.
• Assist with network connectivity, IP addressing, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Support the administration and maintenance of Windows Server and Windows Desktop operating systems.
• Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
