Job summary

Carwah | Rent A Car in Riyadh is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage the end-to-end booking lifecycle, from reservation intake to vehicle handover and return.

You will lead a team of operations staff, plan shifts, resolve booking issues in real time, and report on KPIs like fleet utilization and on-time delivery.

Fluent Arabic and English preferred; 1–3 years in logistics or car rental and a degree in business or related field are desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years in operations, logistics, fleet management, or supervisory roles.
• Proven experience leading a team.
• Experience with KPI tracking and reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full operation/booking lifecycle from reservation intake through vehicle handover.
• Lead and supervise a team of operations staff/coordinators.
• Monitor and troubleshoot booking issues in real time.
• Track and report KPIs such as turnaround time and fleet utilization.
• Prepare and deliver regular operational reports to management.
• Coordinate with fleet, support, and partner offices to ensure handoffs.
• Identify gaps and implement efficiency-improving measures.
• Train, coach, and onboard new team members on procedures.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and safety standards.
