The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading the sales team, and achieving revenue growth targets. This role requires a strong background in sales management and customer relationship management.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through corporate partnerships and agencies.
  • Lead, train, manage and develop the sales team effectively.
  • Manage and expand the existing client base while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
  • Oversee sales and rental operations to ensure smooth performance.
  • Prepare sales reports, statistics, and performance analyses.
  • Coordinate internally between departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Handle administrative duties and prepare related management reports.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
