Job summary

Carwah | Rent A Car in Riyadh is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage the end-to-end booking lifecycle, from reservation intake to vehicle handover and return.

You will lead a team of operations staff, plan shifts, resolve booking issues in real time, and report on KPIs like fleet utilization and on-time delivery.

Fluent Arabic and English preferred; 1–3 years in logistics or car rental and a degree in business or related field are desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years in operations, logistics, fleet management, or supervisory roles.
• Proven experience leading a team.
• Experience with KPI tracking and reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.

What Will You Do

• Own and manage the full operation/booking lifecycle from reservation intake through vehicle handover, active rental, and return/close-out.
• Lead and supervise a team of operations staff/coordinators, including shift planning, task delegation, and day-to-day performance management.
• Monitor and troubleshoot booking issues in real time, resolving delays, conflicts, or customer escalations.
• Track and report on KPIs (e.g., booking turnaround time, fleet utilization, on-time delivery/pickup rate, customer satisfaction, cancellation/no-show rate).
• Prepare and deliver regular operational reports to management, highlighting trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with fleet, customer support, and partner/rental office teams to ensure smooth handoffs and vehicle availability.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to boost efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Train, coach, and onboard new team members on procedures and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

What Are We Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, fleet management, or a similar supervisory role (car rental/mobility experience is a plus).
• Proven experience leading or supervising a team.
• Understanding of KPI tracking and reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets required).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (Arabic and English preferred).
• Comfortable working with booking/reservation management systems or similar operational software.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
