You will develop SOPs, map processes, train staff on new procedures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to sustain continuous improvement and align with company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internships or projects related to operations/process improvement is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, logic-driven mindset, and a knack for problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Arabic preferred).
• Ability to create process flow diagrams and documentation (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools).
• Eager to learn, highly organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable delivering presentations and training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and documenting SOPs across departments.
• Design and maintain process flows and efficiency maps using flowcharts and visual tools.
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest logical, practical solutions to improve operational performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflows and support improvement initiatives.
• Support training of staff on newly developed or updated processes and SOPs.
• Monitor the implementation of processes to ensure alignment with company standards.
• Work closely with the Operations team to continuously identify areas of improvement.
• Help build a culture of continuous improvement through structured processes and feedback loops.
