Job summary

PlaceUp is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Jeddah to oversee daily operational activities, manage inventory, and maintain accurate reporting. The candidate will drive process improvements by analyzing data and implementing SOPs, while coordinating with procurement, warehouse, and sales to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in operations, inventory control, or warehouse supervision, with strong Excel and ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, inventory control, or warehouse supervision.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and stock control.
• Highly process-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Experience preparing operational reports and analyzing KPIs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Inventory Management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Develop, implement, and improve operational processes and SOPs.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
• Analyze operational data and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance, coaching, and support.
• Resolve operational issues and escape critical matters when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation and operational records.
