Pacific International Lines (PIL) invites applications for a highly skilled Business Process Manager to join our Riyadh team in Saudi Arabia. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in BPM, Continuous Improvement, Process Excellence, or Project Management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical and sustainable solutions.
• Knowledge of process mining tools is an advantage.
• Experience within shipping, logistics, transportation, or supply chain is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process reviews to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and digitalization.
• Drive standardization and best practice implementation across regional agencies.
• Design and optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across business functions.
• Evaluate and develop automation opportunities, including RPA and workflow automation solutions.
• Partner with IT teams and business stakeholders to implement technology-driven process improvements.
• Support digital transformation projects aimed at increasing productivity and operational effectiveness.
• Lead and participate in business process improvement projects, particularly within Sales and Customer Service functions.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, stakeholder engagement, and implementation activities.
• Support change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
• Monitor regional KPIs and process performance metrics.
• Analyse data, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop performance reports and provide recommendations to regional leadership.
• Drive initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and facilitate training programmes for Business Process Specialists across the network.
• Build strong partnerships with Business Process Owners, agency teams, and regional stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout project lifecycles.
