Job summary

Pacific International Lines (PIL) is seeking a highly motivated Business Process Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on driving business process excellence, standardization, automation, and digital transformation across the regional organization, working with BPOs, agency teams, and leadership to deliver efficiencies and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Admin, Project Mgmt, Eng).
• Proven experience in BPM, Continuous Improvement, Process Excellence, Transformation, or PM.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical, sustainable solutions.
• Knowledge of process mining tools is an advantage.
• Experience in shipping, logistics, transport, or supply chain is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process reviews to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and digitalization.
• Drive standardization and best practice implementation across regional agencies.
• Design and optimize workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across functions.
• Evaluate and develop automation opportunities, including RPA and workflow automation.
• Partner with IT and stakeholders to implement technology-driven process improvements.
• Support digital transformation projects to increase productivity and effectiveness.
• Lead and participate in process improvement projects in Sales and Customer Service.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, stakeholder engagement, and implementation activities.
• Support change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze data, identify gaps, and provide corrective actions.
• Develop performance reports for regional leadership.
• Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and facilitate training for Business Process Specialists.
