Qualifikationen

• Batchelor Degree in Computer Science or Information technology or any related major.
• 2 to 4 years of IT support experience, incl. at least 3 years in Level 1/2.
• Willing and able to travel to branches across Saudi Arabia.
• Able to support planned after-hours, weekend, on-call activities when scheduled.

Aufgaben

• Provide timely Level 1 and Level 2 technical support through Freshservice, phone, remote-access tools, email, and desk-side assistance.
• Acknowledge, classify, prioritize, investigate, update, and resolve assigned incidents and service requests within targets.
• Maintain ownership of the requester experience even when ticket is escalated to specialist teams.
• Troubleshoot Windows devices and provide working-level support for macOS, browsers, MS Office apps, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Prepare, configure, test, and deploy laptops, desktops, and approved accessories; onboarding and offboarding tasks.
• Support branch readiness by coordinating device delivery, site access, and vendors; assist with CCTV and other site-technology incidents.
