Qualifications

• Prioritise daily support tickets and escalate unresolved issues promptly.
• Experience with PC hardware, Windows OS and macOS; OS reinstallation.
• Basic TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS knowledge to resolve office network faults.
• Hands-on IT skills for equipment installation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, email, NAS, and virtualization is a plus.
• Basic English for daily communication and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing IT standards, policies and security controls.
• Support infrastructure deployment for offices and retail sites.
• Perform standard PC deployment, software install and endpoint troubleshooting.
• Maintain AV systems, access control, CCTV, IP phones and printers.
• Assist with DNS and DHCP service administration and network issue troubleshooting.
• Maintain asset records, inventory, and lifecycle documentation.
• Support on-site activities with HQ security and network teams; liaise with regulators and vendors.
• Keep SOPs and technical docs for local IT procedures.
