Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on onsite or remote technical support in PC and Mac environments.
• Solid working knowledge of ITIL Incident Management and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
• Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wireless, Ethernet), AV systems, web conferencing.
• Experience communicating with diverse technical and non-technical teams; Agile/SCRUM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage onsite IT operations: incident resolution and requests per ITIL, maintain SLAs.
• Support site events and workplace technologies to promote adoption.
• Lead local and regional IT deployments: network, client hardware, and user experience projects.
• Manage third-party vendors and service delivery with reviews and contract oversight.
• Drive clear communication strategies for IT services and onboarding of new hires.
• Support business continuity and compliance with global IT standards.
