Job summary

Partner company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Onboarding Engineer to lead the technical onboarding of customers in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will own API integrations, data mapping, CRM configuration, and security setup, coordinating with onboarding, customer success, and engineering teams to ensure smooth implementations.

You will develop runbooks, documentation, and metrics to improve onboarding efficiency while partnering with engineering to address product issues and support

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of technical experience in B2B SaaS implementation or onboarding.
• Hands-on API, data integration, configuration, and troubleshooting experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
• Experience managing customer implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills for multiple onboardings.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding, including API integrations, data mapping, CRM setup, authentication, and security.
• Coordinate full onboarding lifecycle from kickoff to go-live and handoff to Customer Success.
• Diagnose and resolve integration failures and data synchronization issues.
• Develop and maintain onboarding runbooks, guides, and technical docs.
• Collaborate with Engineering to document bugs and push product improvements for onboarding.
• Coordinate with Customer Success to ensure smooth transitions post-onboarding.
• Define and monitor onboarding metrics such as time to value and integration completion rates.
• Identify onboarding risks and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
• Assist Onboarding Manager with customer communications on requirements and timelines.
• Contribute to scalable onboarding practices and mentor future engineers.
