Jobgether SRL, via a partner, seeks an Onboarding Engineer in Saudi Arabia to lead technical onboarding for a fast-growing SaaS platform. You will own API integrations, data mapping, CRM configuration, and cross-team coordination with onboarding, CS, and engineering to ensure smooth go-lives and scalable processes.

A strong technical background with 3–4 years in B2B SaaS onboarding and excellent communication is required; the role offers a hybrid environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of technical experience in B2B SaaS onboarding or customer success engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with APIs, data integrations, technical configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non‑technical customers.
• Experience managing customer implementations or onboarding projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills for coordinating multiple onboardings.
• Familiarity with CRM integrations, especially Salesforce or HubSpot, is an advantage.
• Consultative mindset to understand customer needs and propose solutions.
• Commitment to quality and scalable onboarding processes.
• Ability to collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering.

Responsabilités

• Lead the technical setup of customer onboarding, including API integrations, data mapping, CRM configuration, authentication, and security setup.
• Coordinate the full onboarding lifecycle, from kickoff through go-live and handoff to Customer Success.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including integration failures and data synchronization problems.
• Develop and maintain onboarding runbooks, integration guides, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering to document bugs and advocate for product improvements.
• Coordinate with Customer Success to ensure smooth transitions post-onboarding.
• Define, monitor, and improve onboarding success metrics and KPIs.
• Identify onboarding risks and propose mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Support communications on technical requirements and timelines.
• Mentor future onboarding engineers and help scale onboarding practices.
