Job summary
Lever, Inc. is seeking a proactive People Operations Coordinator to join a fully distributed team. Based in Saudi Arabia, you will support onboarding, HR operations, talent workflows, and the employee experience with a strong focus on process improvement and data accuracy.
You will work across Notion and ATS platforms, helping to scale onboarding while exploring AI-driven efficiency. The role offers autonomy, collaboration across time zones, and opportunities to grow within People Operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in People Operations, HR operations, onboarding or coordination.
- Experience with onboarding, HR, recruiting, or People teams.
- Experience using AI to improve efficiency or willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with multiple tools and systems including Notion and ATS.
Responsibilities
- Continuously improve onboarding experience with clear, efficient processes.
- Coordinate activities supporting new joiners and onboarding journey.
- Maintain onboarding documentation and Notion pages.
- Handle tasks across onboarding, Talent and HR with data updates and reporting.
- Maintain accurate People data and records across systems.
- Help optimize AI and tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with People, HR, recruitment and onboarding stakeholders.
- Take ownership of processes and propose improvements.
- Contribute to broader People and Talent Operations as the role grows.
