Job summary

INSEAB seeks a Warehouse Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations in Saudi Arabia, ensuring goods are received, stored and dispatched accurately and on time. You will keep inventory records reliable and maintain safe, organized warehouse practices.

The role requires knowledge of WMS, Excel, and strong English communication; Arabic is a plus. On-site position with strict adherence to HSE and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or vocational diploma required; logistics degree preferred.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC is preferred.
• Proficiency with stock documentation and WMS is expected.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, pick, pack and dispatch goods daily.
• Process inbound/outbound shipments accurately and on time.
• Liaise with suppliers, transporters and internal teams to plan deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update WMS.
• Prepare shipping documents and stock reports.
• Uphold HSE standards and safe handling practices.
