Job summary

SADAFCO is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage inventory control at the depot in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure accurate receiving, storage, and issuing of products, while maintaining records and regulatory standards.

Role requires knowledge of warehouse procedures, WMS/RF systems, and 2+ years FMCG warehousing experience. Proactive teamwork and multilingual communication (English/Arabic) are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum experience in FMCG warehousing.
• Good knowledge of warehouse procedures.
• Proficient with MS Word & Excel.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System or RF systems.
• Willing to work in temperature controlled environments (freezer/chillers) and flexible hours.
• Forklift driving ability is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the inventory control process at the depot.
• Ensure goods in are received per SOPs and orders are picked on time.
• Maintain accurate records (electronic and paper).
• Process issuing, receiving and returns per policy.
• Oversee loading/unloading and timely delivery to customers.
• Uphold SHEQ, health, safety and hygiene standards.
