Job summary

JobCenter is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for our Riyadh location to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping. You will lead a team, develop efficient processes, and ensure accurate inventory management to meet customer demands.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and English communication skills, with a focus on safety and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in inventory management systems and software.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills in English (Malayalee or Egyptian nationality preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demands.
• Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing training and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve any issues that may arise.
