Job summary

SSC Egypt is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Coordinator to join our operations team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role covers daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, and ensuring accuracy in shipments and records.

The successful candidate will have up to 5 years in warehouse/inventory roles, experience with WMS/ERP (SAP or similar), strong Excel skills, and a Saudi residence or transfer (Iqama). A driving license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, inventory or logistics operations (0-5 years).
• Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems (SAP or similar) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and good Excel skills.
• Must be currently in KSA with a transferable Iqama (or Saudi national).
• A valid Saudi driving license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run daily warehouse operations: receiving, inspecting, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments accurately and on schedule.
• Keep inventory records accurate and update all transactions in the WMS/ERP.
• Run regular cycle counts and ensure stock is properly labeled and stored.
• Prepare delivery notes, goods receipts, shipping documents and stock reports.
• Keep the warehouse organized, clean and safe in line with HSE practices.

• Processing inbound and outbound shipments accurately and on schedule
• Keeping inventory records accurate and updating all transactions in the WMS
• Running regular cycle counts and making sure stock is properly labeled and stored
• Preparing delivery notes, goods receipts, shipping documents and stock reports
• Keeping the warehouse organized, clean and safe, in line with HSE practices

Requirements

• 0-5 years of experience in warehouse, inventory or logistics operations
