Zyagulf Information Technology UAE is seeking an experienced NOC Team Lead for Riyadh KSA to manage 24x7 NOC operations across Data Center and connectivity services. The role focuses on incident response, monitoring, and technical leadership within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include 6–10 years in NOC operations with 2–3 years leading teams, an IT degree, and relevant certifications. Immediate joining is preferred; relocation to Riyadh may be required depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Min 6–10 years in NOC Operations
• Minimum 2–3 years leading NOC teams
• Experience with Data Center Colocation and Connectivity Services
• Joining ASAP or on short notice

Responsibilities

• Lead 24x7 NOC operations and ensure continuous monitoring
• Coordinate incident management and service restoration within SLAs
• Provide Level 2 operational guidance and troubleshooting support
• Manage proactive monitoring, alarm handling, and event correlation
• Lead RCA discussions and implement preventive actions
• Monitor capacity and performance metrics across data center services
• Prepare operational reports for governance and audits
• Oversee handovers and maintain operational continuity
