We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Medina. As an Executive Chef you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food and service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and develop menus that reflect the Indian cuisine and meet the dietary needs of our customers
• Oversee all aspects of food preparation including cooking plating and presentation
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and safety
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure a smooth operation
• Collaborate with management to create budgets cost control measures and pricing strategies
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a busy restaurant or hotel setting
• Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine including traditional dishes from different regions
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
