Job summary

The Senior Operations Manager at TGP International leads day-to-day operations across a multi-site portfolio of food and beverage venues. You will drive revenue growth, ensure standards, and supervise venue management teams across owned and client sites.

You will report to the Operations Director, manage budgets and calendars, review weekly trading, and travel regularly between venues and project locations to deliver against the portfolio plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business or related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages beneficial.
• Eligible to work in market and able to travel regularly.
• 7+ years in food services with multi-site experience.
• Experience delivering revenue growth and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue targets for the assigned sites and generate commercial ideas to create incremental revenue.
• Lead day-to-day operation of every site, holding managers accountable for performance and standards.
• Ensure each site operates to budget, labour model, menu and pricing structure, and marketing plan.
• Run the portfolio performance rhythm: weekly site reviews, monthly business reviews, quarterly portfolio review.
• Identify underperforming sites and implement written recovery plans with owners and deadlines.
• Verify consistent execution of recipes, portioning, cooking and service standards across sites.
• Oversee goods receiving, storage, stock control, expiry and wastage controls.
• Deploy people and equipment across locations and resolve resource conflicts.
• Review budgets and forecasts, challenge assumptions, and approve operating plans.
• Sign off client reporting and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
