Job summary

The Operations Director at TGP International leads the food and beverage operations across a multi-site portfolio, driving revenue growth, improving trading performance and maintaining brand standards. You will manage P&L, guest experience, and team development across owned, managed and client sites.

This role requires regular travel between venues and project locations, with regional and international travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Commercially focused leader with a track record of growing revenue.
• Strong margin management including pricing and yield.
• Experience leading multi-site food & beverage operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management with clients and owners.
• Ability to plan, forecast and manage budgets across sites.
• Familiarity with SOPs, compliance and brand standards.
• Proven ability to mobilise new openings and transitions.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue performance and set growth plans for each site.
• Lead day-to-day portfolio operations, ensuring standards and compliance.
• Design and implement F&B consultancy projects aligned with client goals.
• Manage client relationships and deliver regular reporting.
• Maintain SOPs, quality controls and brand curation across sites.
• Oversee brand strategy, menu engineering and pricing across the portfolio.
• Own P&L, budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Drive guest service quality and safety/compliance adherence.
• Lead people development and multi-site leadership teams.
• Coordinate mobilisation, openings and post-opening stabilisation.
• Travel regularly between venues and project locations.
