Job summary

TGP International is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations across a multi-site F&B portfolio. You will drive revenue growth, oversee site performance, and partner with venue management to deliver consistent standards and profitability.

Travel between venues is expected, with regional and international assignments as needed. A Bachelor’s degree and English fluency are required, with strong leadership and financial acumen essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in hospitality, culinary arts, business or related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional language is a plus.
• Eligible to work in the market and able to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across multi-site F&B venues and ensure standards.
• Deliver revenue targets and develop new income streams and activations.
• Own budget, P&L and cost controls; manage schedules, labor and stock.
• Review performance, sign off plans and drive improvements across sites.
• Coordinate with clients and owners, travel regularly between venues.
