Job summary

TGP International is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations across a multi-site portfolio of food and beverage venues in Saudi Arabia. You will drive revenue through innovative formats, menus and partnerships, while ensuring standards and profitability across all sites.

You will report to the Operations Director, manage venue teams, and travel regularly to site locations. Experience in hospitality operations and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality management or related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English; second language is an advantage.
• Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia and travel to sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive revenue targets across a multi-site portfolio.
• Manage site operations with General Managers and Ops Managers to ensure standards and compliance.
• Review and approve operating plans, labour schedules, ordering and stock counts.
• Oversee budgeting, P&L, cost control and yield management across sites.
• Collaborate with clients and owners to optimise commercial opportunities.
• Travel between venue and project locations as required; provide hands-on leadership.
