Job summary

A leading defense contractor in the Riyadh region is seeking a Range Safety Specialist. The successful candidate will be a former fast jet pilot with experience in Air to Ground Ranges and strong teamwork skills. Key responsibilities include managing the air to ground range facility, conducting inspections, and providing support during flight operations. This role demands a high understanding of Link 16 Operations. Interested applicants must submit relevant documentation with their applications.

Qualifications

  • Former fast jet pilot with minimum flight lead experience.
  • At least one year’s experience in Air to Ground Ranges.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and teamwork skills.
  • High understanding of Link 16 Operations required.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the Air to Ground Range facility is adequately manned and ready.
  • Manage support staff and conduct routine inspections.
  • Maintain range support equipment and ensure safety.
  • Provide weather advisories to aircrew operating in the range.
