Job summary

TGP International is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead revenue, operations and client relationships across multiple sites in Riyadh. You will translate commercial ideas into actionable plans, optimise menus, pricing and promotions, and drive profitable growth.

You will manage budgets, labour, procurement and guest experience, supervise site leaders, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Travel between venues is expected as part of portfolio oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, business or related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Eligible to work in the Saudi market and able to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue targets across all sites with commercial initiatives.
• Lead day-to-day operations ensuring budget, labour, menu and marketing plans.
• Control budgets, cost of goods, labour and cash handling per policy.
• Review and report site performance; implement recovery plans where needed.
• Coordinate with venue owners, clients and partners; manage third-party operators.
• Support F&B consultancy projects and ensure brand standards across sites.
