Job summary

Alomar Holding Company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to operate daily online stores across multiple brands, ensuring a reliable and efficient shopping experience while supporting sales performance and operational accuracy.

You will manage product uploads, promotions, orders, and customer communications across platforms such as Shopify, Salla, Zid, Amazon, Noon, and more, collaborating with warehouse, marketing, and design teams to optimize conversion and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Good English communication skills required.
• Experience with e-commerce reporting and online campaigns is preferred.
• Familiarity with multiple e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Salla, Zid, Amazon, Noon, WooCommerce, Magento).
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate daily online stores across multiple brands.
• Upload and organize products including images, prices, and stock.
• Create and update promotions, codes, bundles, and banners.
• Monitor orders and coordinate timely delivery with warehouses and shipping.
• Respond to customer inquiries across channels (chat, WhatsApp, social media).
• Ensure accurate pricing, VAT, shipping, and return policies.
• Collaborate with marketing/design teams for banners and landing pages.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales and operations reports.
• Maintain clean data across all platforms.
