Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily order processing and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with logistics and suppliers for stock and shipment updates.
• Maintain accurate product data, stock levels, and pricing on the website.
• Support customer service with order, refund, and delivery queries.
• Track inventory and flag shortages or delays to management.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operations and KPIs.
• Ensure operational workflows meet internal SLAs and quality standards.
