Alwazn Almithaly is seeking an Inventory Controller to ensure data accuracy across the main warehouse and branches in Saudi Arabia. You will reconcile physical stock with ERP records, conduct cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain master data and barcodes.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2–4 years of inventory control experience, strong Excel skills, and hands-on ERP experience (SAP, Odoo, or Microsoft Dynamics).

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, SCM, business admin, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Hands-on ERP experience with SAP, Odoo or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with stocktaking, expiry-date management, and barcode systems.
• Fluency in Arabic with good English.

Responsabilidades

• Reconcile physical inventory with ERP system records across the main warehouse and branches.
• Plan and conduct periodic cycle counts and annual stocktaking.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor goods receiving, issuing, inter-branch transfers, and returns, ensuring accurate system documentation.
• Monitor FEFO principle and product expiry dates.
• Track damaged, expired, and near-expiry products and coordinate actions with relevant departments.
• Monitor stock levels, reorder points, and inventory movement.
• Analyze fast- and slow-moving items to support purchasing and stock optimization decisions.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory accuracy, stock value, discrepancies, and turnover.
• Maintain accurate item master data including codes, barcodes, units, and expiry dates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile physical inventory with ERP system records across the main warehouse and branches.
• Plan and conduct periodic cycle counts and annual stocktaking.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor goods receiving, issuing, inter-branch transfers, and returns, ensuring accurate system documentation.
• Monitor product expiry dates and apply the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principle.
• Track damaged, expired, and near-expiry products and coordinate appropriate actions with relevant departments.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels, reorder points, and inventory movement.
• Analyze fast-moving, slow-moving, and obsolete items to support purchasing and stock optimization decisions.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory accuracy, stock value, discrepancies, and inventory turnover.
• Maintain accurate item master data, including product codes, barcodes, units of measure, and expiry dates.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations, preferably in retail, food products, or dietary supplements.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Odoo, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis.
• Practical experience in stocktaking, inventory adjustments, and managing products with expiry dates.
• Familiarity with barcode systems and inventory counting devices.Good command of Arabic and a good level of English.
