Job summary

Abunayyan Holding is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to ensure accurate inventory management, streamlined warehouse operations, and precise stock control. The role focuses on maintaining SAP-driven records, conducting regular cycle counts, and coordinating with procurement and production teams.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor's in SCM or related field, 2–3 years of inventory/warehouse experience, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in inventory control, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures and stock reconciliation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory records using SAP ERP systems.
• Conducting regular cycle counts, monthly stock counts, and annual physical inventory checks.
• Investigating inventory discrepancies.
• Managing inventory transactions such as goods receipts, material issuance, stock transfers, and adjustments.
• Coordinating with procurement, production, and warehouse teams.
• Ensuring accurate recording of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
