Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of goods while maintaining inventory accuracy.

You will drive process improvements, supervise staff, ensure SFDA and other regulatory compliance, and provide timely reports on safety, security, and performance to support the supply chain.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and distribute work across the warehouse function and monitor execution.
• Develop proposals and procedures to simplify operations and improve results.
• Prepare performance reports, assess productivity, and identify training needs.
• Review department requirements and verify item availability in warehouses.
• Oversee dispatch of items to relevant departments.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain approved min/max limits.
• Organize receiving, issuing, packing, shipping, and material handling activities.
• Supervise inventory records and ensure accurate item movement tracking.
• Oversee cycle and full inventory counts and address discrepancies.
• Supervise warehouse employees and ensure effective performance.

The role will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, improving operational processes, ensuring warehouse systems and facilities are properly maintained, and supporting the smooth flow of the supply chain in line with the company's operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and distribute work across the warehouse function and monitor the effective execution of assigned activities.
• Develop proposals, systems, and procedures aimed at simplifying operations and improving overall results.
• Prepare operational and employee performance reports, assess productivity, and identify appropriate training and development needs.
• Review the requirements of requesting departments and assess the availability of required items in the warehouses.
• Oversee the provision and dispatch of requested items to relevant departments.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock remains within approved minimum and maximum limits.
• Organize receiving, issuing, packing, shipping, transportation, and material handling activities, ensuring appropriate resources are assigned.
• Supervise the recording and maintenance of inventory cards, forms, and documentation, and ensure accurate tracking of item movements.
• Oversee full, partial, and periodic inventory counts and ensure discrepancies are properly addressed.
• Supervise warehouse employees and ensure they perform their assigned duties efficiently and effectively.
• Coordinate with Inventory Control to monitor and report data related to slow-moving, obsolete, and excess stock.
• Monitor warehouse operations to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA), Civil Defense, municipality, and other relevant government authorities.
• Conduct regular warehouse visits to evaluate operational performance and ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to obtaining and maintaining required licenses and permits.
• Maintain warehouse security and safety and ensure the necessary measures and procedures are in place.
• Provide management with up-to-date information and reports regarding warehouse safety, security, and operational conditions.
• Perform any other duties within the scope of the role as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• More than 7 years of experience in warehouse management.
• Ability to manage employees with strong leadership skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
