Job summary

Eaton seeks a Mega Projects Specification Sales Manager to drive growth in the Saudi region by developing, promoting, and expanding Eaton's LV switchgear and Busway solutions through partners. The role emphasizes early project identification, cross-functional alignment, and successful execution across commercial & infrastructure segments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in large electrical projects.
• Experience preparing and managing techno-commercial offers for LV switchgear, busway, ATS, and related solutions.
• Established relationships with EPC contractors and Saudi market players.
• Strong relationships with C-level decision-makers in PIF entities and others.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop new project opportunities within the region.
• Establish and maintain relationships with engineering firms, consultants, and contractors key decision-makers.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand project requirements and develop initial solution concepts.
• Influence project stakeholders to align with Eaton's portfolio and value proposition.
• Transfer project concepts to internal technical and support teams.
• Make bid/no-bid recommendations based on scope and strategic fit.
• Maintain accurate project information in Salesforce.
• Conduct regular customer meetings and lead business reviews.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets and growth.
• Manage the opportunities pipeline, including quotations and follow-up to secure the deal.
• Support standardization and optimization of project engagement processes.
• Analyze lost opportunities and identify improvement actions.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen engagement effectiveness.
