Job summary

Eaton Group is expanding its regional sales team in Saudi Arabia. The role targets promoting LV switchgear and busway systems within commercial and infrastructure segments, delivering strategic plans and fostering long-term partnerships with consultants, contractors and end users.

Candidates should have a degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering and 3–5 years’ LV switchgear sales experience. The position emphasizes customer relationship management, presales, and market intelligence to win

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in LV switchgear and busway sales.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell LV switchgear and busway systems in commercial & infrastructure segments.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets and growth.
• Identify and engage with consultants, contractors, end users and panel builders to generate leads and build long term partnerships.
• Conduct product presentations and trainings for customers and panel builders.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop customised LV switchgear proposals to win projects.
• Track project pipeline from tender to execution and ensure timely follow-up for order conversion.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure post sales technical support and satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing strategies to enhance business positioning.
