Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Mega Projects Specification Sales Manager to drive revenue for LV switchgear and Busway systems within Commercial & Infrastructure segments. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in large projects, preferably electrical.
• Proven experience in techno-commercial offers for LV switchgear, Busway, ATS and other electrical distribution solutions.
• Established relationships with EPC contractors and Saudi market players.
• Strong relationships with C-level decision-makers within major end-users, including PIF entities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop new project opportunities within the region.
• Establish and maintain relationships with engineering firms, consultants, and contractors' key decision-makers.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand project requirements and develop initial solution concepts.
• Influence project stakeholders to align with Eaton's portfolio and value proposition.
• Transfer project concepts to internal teams and manage Salesforce data; lead bid/no-bid decisions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets and manage the opportunities pipeline.
