Job summary

Disguise is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead regional sales across the Middle East from our Saudi base. You will own end-to-end sales for large, complex hardware and software solutions, driving growth and building executive-level relationships.

The role requires a track record of closing multi-hundred-thousand to multi-million-dollar deals, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in Arabic and English. Domestic travel across the region is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in complex hardware/software solution-led selling with high-value, long-cycle deals in KSA and the Middle East.
• Deep understanding of the Middle East giga-project ecosystem, culture and ways of working.
• Proven expertise owning the full sales cycle and driving cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a strategic business development plan for the Middle East.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-value deals ($250k–$5M+).
• Expand revenue across Location-Based Experience, Theme Entertainment, TV/Broadcast, Film, Esports, and Corporate.
• Leverage system integrators and partners to unlock fixed-installation and giga-project opportunities.
• Engage C-suite, Technical Directors, Government Officials, and Senior Principals to influence decisions.
• Coordinate with Solutions Design, Creative & Professional Services and Marketing for demos and campaigns.
• Produce accurate monthly/quarterly forecasts and manage the pipeline in Salesforce/Clari.
• Collaborate with Rev Ops, Legal & Finance on quotes, SOWs, and pricing.
