Job summary

Euro Staffs seeks a Senior Sales Manager to drive business development in the events and audiovisual sector from Riyadh. You will manage relationships, identify opportunities, lead meetings, develop solutions, negotiate terms and own the sales cycle from contact to close.

The role requires 5+ years in sales or BD within events/AV, strong negotiation skills, English and Arabic fluency, and a proven track record of closing deals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven sales or business development experience.
• Mandatory experience in events, audiovisual, event production, entertainment or exhibitions.
• Strong understanding of AV solutions and related technical services.
• Proven track record of developing new business and closing deals.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle independently.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience dealing directly with clients and decision-makers.
• Experience with quotations, proposals, RFPs, RFQs and tenders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within events and AV.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Develop relationships with corporate clients, agencies, government entities and production companies.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits and commercial discussions.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers.
• Lead client negotiations and drive toward deal closure.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide forecasts.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling and cross-selling.
