You will lead the regional strategy, partner with marketing, education, supply chain, regulatory affairs, and finance to accelerate access to innovation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
• Significant commercial leadership experience within the medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industry.
• Demonstrated success leading complex multi-country businesses across emerging markets.
• Strong distributor management and channel leadership experience.
• Proven track record of delivering sustainable growth and market expansion.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver sales, market share, profitability, and cash flow targets across Rest of MEA.
• Develop and execute annual and long-range strategic business plans aligned to regional/global priorities.
• Drive growth through focused portfolio deployment and market development initiatives.
• Lead forecasting, demand planning, and performance reviews to ensure accountability.
• Build and lead a high-performing regional commercial organization and foster accountability and inclusion.
