Qualifikationen

• University/Bachelors Degree required.
• Ideally business-oriented subject (Finance, Marketing, Economics, Business).
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in bids and tender management or related fields.
• Experience in Medical Device, Pharma, or healthcare tendering is preferred; EP or cardiovascular experience is a plus.

• Coordinate full bids and tender lifecycle across EP MEA.
• Ensure timely, compliant, high-quality submissions.
• Review tender requirements, technical specs, and commercial terms for completeness.
• Analyze tender outcomes and support strategy with insights from data.
• Maintain bids/tender databases and dashboards for reporting.
• Provide guidance and training on bids processes and governance.
