Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Bids and Tender Senior Specialist for MEA. You will lead end-to-end bid processes across Electrophysiology, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Regulatory, and Legal to ensure compliant, timely, and competitive submissions.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, a rigorous compliance mindset, and a track record in tender management within the medical device space. You will drive continuous improvement and governance across EP MEA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in bids and tender management.
• Experience in Medical Device, Pharma, or healthcare tendering is preferred; EP or cardiovascular experience is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (French language is a plus).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and dashboards/analytics tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the full bids and tender lifecycle across EP MEA.
• Ensure timely, compliant, accurate, and competitive EP bids and tender submissions.
• Review tender requirements, evaluate criteria, and ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, and other functions.
• Maintain bids/tender databases and reporting dashboards.
• Provide guidance and training on bids/tender processes and governance.
