Job summary

Roche in the Middle East is seeking a Commercial Capability Development Lead to shape the future of healthcare capabilities across the region. Initially standalone expert with the potential to build a team, you will empower commercial, access, regulatory, and medical teams to deliver patient-centric innovations.

You will design learning programs, lead regional transformation, and collaborate globally to scale training.

Qualifications

Degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience in operational effectiveness and adult learning.
Experience designing curricula and applying adult learning pedagogy in pharma/healthcare.
Experience with blended learning platforms.
Change management experience using traditional or Agile methods.
Strong strategic communication and facilitation to influence stakeholders.
Ability to hire, onboard, coach, and develop a future team (as an individual contributor).

Responsibilities

Drive capability strategy with assessments to design learning journeys and regional heat maps.
Lead regional transformation projects aligned with broader healthcare business goals.
Design and deliver workshops and training programs (in-person and virtual) covering scientific, commercial, and behavioral topics.
Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to scale training regionally.
Identify future skill requirements, align regional budgets, and lay groundwork to recruit and coach your future team.
