Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Global Sales Director to lead sales and business development across KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, and the UAE. The role requires building strategic client relationships, expanding market share, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.

You will report to the VP MEA and collaborate with country management, product teams and global sales to drive cross-border opportunities, tender leadership and disciplined CRM forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain management or related discipline required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive sales and business development experience, preferably in international freight forwarding and logistics.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience preferred, including substantial exposure to Middle East markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales strategy covering KSA, Qatar, Kuwait and UAE, aligned with MEA and global objectives.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the assigned territories for profitable revenue growth.
• Establish and deliver annual and quarterly sales plans, revenue targets and gross profit objectives.
• Take ownership of regional sales performance, pipeline development, and customer retention.
• Lead tenders, RFPs, negotiations and strategic pricing in partnership with operations and product teams.
